Community Event - Sarnia - FIT - Waterfront Walking - Twin Bridges NPLC
Join us for a 4-week, intermediate level, moderate intensity outdoor walking program. Each week will consist of a warm-up, brisk walk, and 2-3 intervals of strengthening exercises using your own body weight.
Please dress in layers and provide an email contact in case of weather-related class cancellations.
