Join us for an intermediate level, moderate intensity outdoor walking program. Each session will consist of a warm-up, brisk walk, and 2-3 intervals of strengthening exercises using your own body weight.

This is a beginner-level exercise program. Classes will begin with a warm-up, include stretching and water breaks, as well as a brief cool-down. All exercises will be performed seated in a chair. Each session will include a combination of exercises to help improve circulation and cardiovascular endurance and joint mobility.
