Doctors Not Getting Paid
Dr. Neil Maharaj, Chair, Section for Respiratory Disease, Ontario Medical Association joined Greg Estabrooks to talk about the uncertainty doctors are currently facing when it comes to getting paid. Dr. Maharaj states if doctors are not paid urgently for services done since March, hundreds of thousands of patients could be left without a doctor because they can't afford to pay staff or pay their bills to keep their offices running.
