JA-NEO inspires and prepares youth to succeed by providing them with opportunities to learn financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness skills with engaging programs delivered by our network of dedicated volunteers.

JA-NEO programs help to transform students and give them the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in school, business, and life. In partnership with dedicated volunteers, we are helping to prepare students to succeed in their life ahead, so they are ready for tomorrow’s careers, they can solve tomorrow’s challenges, and they can launch businesses that create tomorrow’s jobs.

4th Line Theatre’s mandate is to preserve and promote our Canadian cultural heritage through the development and presentation of regionally-based, environmentally-staged historical dramas.

For 30 seasons 4th Line Theatre has been bringing history to life on the barnyard stages of a rustic 5th generation farm in Millbrook Ontario, between Peterborough and Port Hope.  Founded in 1992 by Robert Winslow, this outdoor theatre company is committed to preserving our Canadian cultural heritage through the development and presentation of environmentally-staged historical drama. 4th Line has developed and presented 42 original plays based on regional history and culture.

Market Hall has been a place to gather for more than 120 years.

Located below the iconic clock tower in beautiful downtown Peterborough.

The Market Hall was first home to the city's weekly market.

Since 1984, Market Hall has taken on new life as an arts centre and event venue.

The Peterborough & District Sports Hall of Fame was founded in 1979 to recognize and honour the names and deeds of those whose athletic prowess has brought fame to this community and to themselves.

It operates as a non-profit corporation and recognizes those involved making a significant impact within the sporting community.

Part of their purpose is to collect, preserve, research, exhibit and promote objects which are significant to the history of our community.

membership driven association that advocates on behalf of the

They are committed to helping create the conditions for growth and to improving the

competitiveness of the Peterborough and The Kawarthas business community through

Peterborough Area Roller Derby (PARD) is a co-ed, skater-run league in Peterborough.

In 2016 PARD became an incorporated not-for-profit.

PARD practice year round with an off season around the holidays in December.

Volunteers including ref’s and NSO’s are always needed, welcome, and wanted!
