Join the Alzheimer Society of HPE for a "Brain Health" Alzheimer's Awareness Month presentation at the Belleville Alzheimer Office (located in the Bay View Mall) on January 29th, 1 pm - 2 pm. Learn about the modifiable risk factors for dementia and how we can improve and protect our brain health. Please call the office to register at 613-962-0892.

Join us for Valentine's day at the Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Centre for an afternoon of fun!

This event is open to anyone in the community. Single, dating, married or otherwise! The goal is to make new, non-romantic connections and learn about all the ways we can show love to ourselves. 

There is no registration needed. Drop-in and out as you are comfortable.

We will be crafting, enjoying music, and doing some "speed-friending!" Think speed dating but for making friends! A nice easy social activity to attend on a Friday afternoon. Light refreshments will be provided.
