St. Francis De Sales Knights Community Roast Beef Supper

St. Francis de Sales Knights of Columbus Council will be serving their next Community Roast Beef Dinner on Thursday, October 10th in the St. Francis de Sales Parish Hall (434 Second St. W.) from 4:30pm to 6pm. Complete dinner including coleslaw, dinner roll, roast beef entrée, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dessert and beverage. All are welcome. Fully accessible hall with elevator service provided. Adults $15.00 and under 12 years $5.00.

These Community Roast Beef Dinners are held to raise funds in support of the Knights of Columbus Council's charitable programs in the Cornwall community.

Living Life to the Full is a mental health promotion course designed to help people deal with everyday life challenges and learn self-management skills using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. Course content and materials are practical and easily applied to everyday life situations.
