The Eddies Film Festival 2025
The first Eddies Film Festival was held in 2002 in recognition of student filmmakers here in Halton. This past Monday night, the tradition continued with awards and prize money being doled out for technical and creative achievements. Jessica Kaitting reports.

Halton Regional Police Service Marine Unit New Vessel

Milton Mayor Gord Krantz On the CN Rail Hub
The Supreme Court of Canada has dismissed an appeal request that sought to halt construction of the highly controversial CN Rail Hub in Milton. The 250-million dollar project aims to double Canadian national railway's existing line of tracks Milton, and construct a hub for containers to be transferred between trucks and trains. The project has been subject to many protests from local groups and all four Halton municipalities, earlier today Jason Agnew spoke with Milton Mayor Gord Krantz to get his thoughts on the latest chapter in this seemingly never ending battle.
