Paramedics have a very tough job. They're consistently put into very intense situations trying to help people that are in distress.  Recent trends have also seen paramedics being abused by those that they're trying to assist or bystanders at emergency situations. The Halton paramedic union is raising concerns about members leaving to work in other communities for better pay and superior work conditions. Union president Vanessa Vis discusses these concerns and how to better keep paramedics in Halton.
