Halton police recently announced an enhanced partnership with the Reach Out Centre for Kids, which is known locally by the acronym "rock". Jason Agnew spoke with Sergeant Ryan Smith to get details about the partnership but first got him to give me a bit of background on the services rock provides for youth in the region.
