A beginner-intermediate yoga class to improve alignment,

flexibility and strength.

A beginner level, in-chair yoga program to improve flexibility, stability and strength.

A mixed level group pool exercise class to increase 

cardiorespiratory fitness, strength and stability.

Intermediate level circuit training to increase muscular strength and endurance.

     The Knights of Columbus in Cobourg will be hosting their bi-annual Roast Beef Dinner on Sunday the 27th of November, 2022.  It includes sliced roast beef, yourshire pudding, gravy, vegetables, desert and beverages.  Take out is available.  If you want takeout please let us know  before the date of the function telling how many you require and what time you will pick it up.  Pay at the door (credit, debit & cash accepted).  Thank-you.
