Exercises will focus on improving strength and mobility in the shoulders, hips and lower back. Increasing strength and stability in these joints will help prevent injury and maintain your health and fitness.
This program is suitable for all but will be particularly beneficial to anyone playing raquetball, pickleball, tennis or golf.
*Bring a set of your own light dumbbell weights (3-5lbs).

Join us for a 4-week, intermediate level, moderate intensity outdoor walking program. Each week will consist of a warm-up, brisk walk, and 2-3 intervals of strengthening exercises using your own body weight.

This is a beginner-level class, combining the benefits of gentle stretching and guided meditation. The goal is to improve mobility and reduce tension using a combination of stretching, guided meditation and progressive relaxation techniques.

Join us at our annual car wash Fundraiser on August 10th from 10 am until 2 pm. Give your car the wash it deserves while supporting your favorite local church and community center! For a special treat, at 1 pm Oakville Fire Department will be making an appearance with an active Fire Truck!
For a minimum donation of 10 dollars, our trusty volunteers will give your car the spa day it deserves. All proceeds will go towards our ministries and community outreach programs.
