BIAK EarlyON Indigenous Teaching and Drumming

We're excited to welcome the BIAK EarlyON Indigenous Teaching and Drumming program to the Library. Saturday, Feb. 29th at 10:30 am. Free, drop in program for families and children from birth to 6 years old. Activities, games and stories for youth, parents and educators about Indigenous peoples’ culture, history and languages. Drumming and singing with the Kichi Sibi Women Drummers is encouraged by all using children’s drums provided by the BIAK EarlyON.

Prehistoric Pottery for Kids

Prehistoric Pottery with Courtney Cameron, Archaeologist, at the Pembroke Public Library on Tuesday, March 17th at 2:00 pm. Make your own original clay pot design and paint clay pots. Geared towards ages 6 - 12. Registration is Required. Tickets cost $7.00 per child and are available to purchase in the Children & Teens Department.

March Break at the Library has a Princess Party with Charm & Grace Princess Parties on Wednesday, March 18th at 11:00 am upstairs in the Library's boardroom. Decorate cupcakes, and make a craft! Registration is required. All ages welcome! Tickets cost $2.00 each, available in the Children & Teens Department. Children (Ages 3+) are required to have tickets to enter. Junkyard Symphony

Join Jonny & Sacha from Junkyard Symphony for a Junkyard Jam at the Pembroke Public Library. Junkyard Symphony rocks the Library in a busker style performance, with awesome antics, junkyard jokes, terrific tricks, primal percussion and of course plenty of participation.
