Wellspring Cancer Support's Chi Life Program

Head to Wellspring's Birmingham Gilgan House in Oakville for Chi Life.

Chi Life is a gentle exercise routine that combines warmups, Qi Gong (chee gong), Tai chi, and meditation to ease pain, fatigue, and other cancer-related symptoms, while helping participants sleep better, and improving their quality of life. Chi Life harmonizes the mind, body, and spirit, improving circulation, balance, immune function, energy, and relaxation for a host of common benefits.

About Wellspring: Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation is a charity which helps people living with cancer elevate their quality of life and improve their health outcomes. At Wellspring, you will find a range of specialized programs designed to provide connection and belonging; ease pain, fatigue, and distress; build strength and mobility; and support financial and workplace challenges. This exhibition is a production of the Sherbrooke Museum of Nature and Science with the contributions from Heritage Canada, Atmosphere and FLIR. Worlds of the Night is on view at Joseph Brant Museum from April 6 – August 24, 2024.

Are you an avid cyclist looking for your next adventure? Look no further than Wellspring Ride for Cancer Support: Bike to Boulder!

Our spots are filling up, but we still need more cyclists. As part of the team, you will cycle over 120 km a day for seven days, taking in the beauty of the American Midwest on your way to scenic Boulder, Colorado. As you end your journey in the trails of the Rockies, a celebration with friends and family will be held in Boulder to commemorate the end of another successful adventure.

Help raise money for Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation to ensure people in our community get the cancer support they need.

Wellspring Cancer Support's Chi Life Program

Chi Life is a gentle exercise routine that combines warmups, Qi Gong (chee gong), Tai chi, and meditation to ease pain, fatigue, and other cancer-related symptoms, while helping participants sleep better, and improving their quality of life. Chi Life harmonizes the mind, body, and spirit, improving circulation, balance, immune function, energy, and relaxation for a host of common benefits.

About Wellspring: Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation is a charity which helps people living with cancer elevate their quality of life and improve their health outcomes. At Wellspring, you will find a range of specialized programs designed to provide connection and belonging; ease pain, fatigue, and distress; build strength and mobility; and support financial and workplace challenges.
