Free Health and Wellness Program  for Seniors and Veterans.  Every Tuesday, starting October 8, 2024 from 11:15 am to 12:15 pm a health and wellness class will be offered to seniors and veterans at no cost to them.  After class, coffee, tea and treats will be offered.

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or overwhelming emotions? You're not alone.

Join our local Free Mental Health Support Group, a safe and confidential space to share your experiences, receive support, and connect with others who understand.

When: Every 1st Monday of the month
Time: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Where: 1414 Pelham Street, Fonthill. Ontario L0S 1E0

Our group offers:

•⁠  ⁠Opportunities to build coping skills and resilience
•⁠  ⁠Connection with others who share similar struggles
