We're launching an exciting new Eco Leaders program for teens (ages 14-18) that combines hands-on environmental restoration projects with fun outdoor recreational activities. It's a great way to receive volunteer hours for school.  Limited spots, contact us for more info.

On Thursday April 24, the HSSC presents local historian Walter Lewis giving an illustrated talk on SHIP REPAIR IN ST. CATHARINES.  This is a fresh perspective,  looking at the repair business and how the facilities were integrated into the succeeding generations of the Welland Canal.

The Historical Society Lecture Series takes place on the 4th Thursday of each month at the St. Catharines Museum and Welland Canals Centre at Lock 3.  The Museum doors open at 7:00pm and the presentation begins at 7:30pm. Refreshments are provided and all are welcome.
