Seasonal depression is more common than you may think and the holiday season can trigger depression for a number of reasons. Mental Health Professional, Calissa Ngozi joined Nicole in the studio to discuss this topic in depth.

GM recently announced this year's recipients of their Plant City Grant Program. A total of $100,000 was awarded to 5 worthy Niagara charities.

Icon Autographs, located in The Wyndham Fallsview Hotel in Niagara Falls, held a Holiday Celebration Saturday with celebrity guests, free popcorn and refreshments, and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus! 

Donations in honour of Jordy Pepperall were accepted and will go to help fill 100 stockings for children in need. Hundreds turned out to show support to the local community and those in need this holiday season.

Fallsview Casino Resort presents "Christmas on Ice" from November 29th until December 18th at the Avalon Theatre in Niagara Falls. Christmas on Ice features a winter wonderland of national championship ice skaters, dancers and singers that will fill you with the magic of the season. Mark Wikobrado files this report.

Dr. Karen Csoli from Niagara College visited with Kate Carnegie of The Source this week. The college recently received funding that will allow them to increase the health & wellness services they provide to students.
