Erica and Josh Karbelnik - Top Chef Canada
Culinary couple Erica and Josh Karbelnik, participants in the 2021 season of Top Chef Canada, had a bit of a homecoming last weekend when they visited friend David Watt of The Garrison House in Niagara-On-The-Lake. Erica was the winner of Top Chef Canada that season, and Josh placed fourth. The two Niagara College culinary grads had a chance to talk to The Source while in town, about the experience on the show and their fondness of the Region.
