The Coldest Night of the Year St. Catharines Walk will take place on Saturday, February 22nd in the downtown core. Money raised from the event will go to support Start Me Up Niagara. Kate Carnegie files this report.

Dr. Azim Kasmani, Chief Medical Officer of Health for Niagara Region joins Kate Carnegie in studio to discuss the importance of keeping up to date Immunization Records.

Registered Psychotherapist Emily Jones joined Kate in studio to talk about Bethesda's six week campaign promoting children's mental health and wellness. Part of the campaign will be the launch of six videos showcasing the supports and services Bethesda provides for children, primarily with autism, and their caregivers in their mental health department. 

Starting Thursday January 22nd at 5PM and for the next 5 Thursdays, YourTV will premiere a new video from Bethesda during The Source.

The Source spent a snowy Sunday with volunteers from Niagara Dog Rescue at an adoption event in Grimsby. 

Thorold Garden Club has partnered with Niagara College to host "Seedy Saturday" on Saturday, February 8th at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in NOTL. Anthony Luongo files this report.
