The Connected Care Halton Ontario Health Team and Halton Healthcare have released a new primary health care action plan with one of the main goals being that every Halton resident has a primary care provider. In other words, everyone has a doctor. Jason Agnew spoke with Zoe Dawe, Executive Director of Connected Care Halton Ontario Health Team to find out a bit of background on the plan but started the conversation asking about how many Halton residents do not have a doctor.
