Burlington Mayor Maryanne Meed Ward on the Departure of the City's Chief Administrative Officer
The City of Burlington once again will be filling the role of Chief Administrative Officer. Hasaan Bassit has decided to leave his current position. Bassit assumed the position just over a year ago in April of 2024, Jason Agnew asked Mayor Marianne Meed Ward if this change came as a surprise to her.

40 Years of "BAD" Swimmers
"Bad" swimmers have been representing the city of Burlington for over 40 years now, that can be said with confidence because the swimmers themselves are are not bad at all, in fact they are exceptional!
