NOTL Clock Tower Cenotaph Turns 100
It peals out the time at the top of every hour, but more importantly, it commemorates the members of the Niagara-on-the-Lake community lost in wars. The Clock Tower Cenotaph turns 100 this year, and our Lieutenant Governor will be visiting this Saturday to mark the occasion. Mike Balsom files this report.
Great Wolf Lodge Charity Car Wash
The 14th annual Great Wolf Lodge Charity Car Wash for Kids took place recently in Niagara Falls. Hundreds of vehicles lined up to purchase discounted hotel rooms and passes while getting a free car wash from the Niagara Falls Professional Firefighters Association, Niagara Regional Police Service, Niagara Health Foundation and other volunteers. Money raised this year goes to support SickKids Foundation in Toronto.
