Culture Days At The PAC!
The St. Catharines FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre had two reasons to celebrate this past weekend - it was Culture Days across the Garden City, and the PAC was celebrating their fourth anniversary! The Source's Kennedy Reynolds was there to learn more about this Canada-wide celebration that is the largest-ever public participation campaign undertaken by the arts and cultural community in the country.
