They currently have 55 members, and their numbers continue to grow as they look for new singers. Niagara College’s highly anticipated Chef Signature Series was ready to turn up the heat, Mardi Gras style, last Friday, with special guest Chef Eric Martinez. NC’s popular Chef Signature Series not only gives the public a chance to savour dishes from visiting chefs from around the world, it serves up valuable learning experiences for students. 

Chef Martinez, from The Orlando World Center Marriott, created an unforgettable dining experience, infusing his Louisiana heritage into the gourmet dishes served at Benchmark.
