Take The Plunge In Niagara Falls!
Congratulations to our partners at The City of Niagara Falls for their successful "Take The Plunge In Niagara Falls" one day wedding event held at The Niagara Falls History Museum! Couples tying the knot on February 14th received an elevated civil wedding experience with a themed decor, flowers, and a complimentary sparkling beverage toast for the couple. The Source was very honoured to be allowed in for the wedding of Mac and Matt, and reporter Ann-Marie B. Zammit had the opportunity to speak to them both after the service.
Fort George Speaker Series
2023 marks the 210th anniversary of the Battle of Fort George and they are planning programs and events to specifically commemorate the anniversary. Anthony Luongo reports.
Teethable Moment
The Niagara Falls Dental Clinic will hold free dental screenings for kids on March 4th. The clinic is designed in part to get kids comfortable with a visit to the dentist.

Gillian's Place & Newark Brewing Co. - International Women's Day
Newark Brewing Co. is holding a special event on March 8th to celebrate International Women's Day and to raise funds for Gillian's Place. A new limited edition beer is being released on the 8th and proceeds from the sale of the beer will support the Women's Shelter. Mike Balsom tells us more.
John Oddi - The Fergie Jenkins Foundation
There is a Treasure Trove of Black History hidden away off of Vansickle Road in West St. Catharines. It's the Fergie Jenkins Black History Museum! This month proceeds from the sale of sports products will be donated to charities in honour of Black History Month. YWCA Niagara Region - #endhumantrafficking
Human Trafficking continues to be a major issue across the country, and especially here in Niagara. Statistics show that 75% of trafficking victims come through the Golden Horseshoe.
