Niagara Region Economic Development
Some Niagara businesses lost an average of $1.1 million each last year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s according to a new Niagara Region survey looking at the impacts of the pandemic on businesses. There were 786 respondents from Niagara’s 12 municipalities, the region says, and 81 per cent of businesses say they lost revenue. Niagara Nursery School Expansion
The Niagara Nursery School in Niagara-On-The-Lake is currently undergoing a major expansion, and the The Rotary Club of Niagara-On-The-Lake came forward with at $20,000 donation to be one of the first "branches" level sponsor on their Donation Tree. Juliana Hollingworth files this report.
