Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario Tourism Enhancements in The Niagara Region
Politicians, VIP's, the media and special guests were in attendance Tuesday at the Niagara-On-The-Lake Museum for a special announcement of investment by the Federal Government in tourism projects in the Region to support new products and experiences.

The 2024 Niagara-On-The-Lake Terry Fox Run Flag Raising
Town representatives, Run Organizer Joan King and the Eke and Pillitteri families attended the flag raising at Town Hall celebrating this year's Terry Fox Run. The Run will be dedicated in honour of Debbie Eke, wife of former Mayor David Eke and past Hospice Niagara Board Member and volunteer. Debbie passed away from cancer in 2023.
Niagara Falls Mayor Jim's Charity BBQ 2
Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati will be hosting his 2nd annual Charity Community BBQ and Fire Truck Pull Saturday Sept. 14th, Noon - 4PM at The St. George Serbian Orthodox Church Grounds, 6085 Montrose Road in Niagara Falls!
All proceeds will go to the Niagara Health Foundation to support the construction of the South Niagara Hospital and to support the development of a Niagara Falls Hospice!
Niagara Falls will benefit for generations to come as we support our community members at all stages of life. Hope to see you there!
The Niagara Irish Festival 2024
The 2nd annual Niagara Irish Festival wrapped up this weekend at Firemen's Park in Niagara Falls. Guests were invited to celebrate Irish Music and culture in beautiful Niagara Falls. Featured were local musicians from the Niagara Region, headlined by international Irish recording artist and performer Paddyman.
The Source's Jessica Taylor stopped by to check out this year's event.

Best of luck to our partners at The Niagara Irish Festival this weekend for their 2nd annual event at Firemen's Park in Niagara Falls!
Thursday night, Niagara Falls were illuminated in the colours of the Irish Flag 🇮🇪 to kick things off! Following the fireworks there was a short display by Brenyo Irish Dance and the singing of the Canadian & Irish National anthems.
