Rise and Shine Yoga - The Many Hands Project
James J. Hall made a visit to The Meridian Community Centre in Fonthill recently, to learn more about "Rise & Shine Yoga", just one of four fundraising events part of this year's Many Hands Project. The Many Hands Project is a student driven community project run by the Event Management Program students at Niagara College. Money raised from this year's events will go to Pathstone Mental Health.

Local entrepreneurs pitched their ideas to producers from the CBC show Dragon's Den recently in Niagara Falls.
Cuvée 2019
Brock University's Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) recently organized another successful "Cuvée 2019" held at The Scotiabank Convention Centre. Ontario's top winemakers were ready to pour their favourites with proceeds of the event supporting the Cuvée Legacy Fund. Bianca Tomori files this report.
Pathstone and Brock sign MOU
Pathstone Mental Health and Brock University signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will create a connection between the people conducting leading-edge research on child mental health and the caregivers who work with families dealing with these issues. James J. Hall reports.

Shoot for a Cure
The Niagara Paramedic Association held their 6th annual Charity Hockey Tournament at the Gale Centre in Niagara Falls. 29 teams made up of paramedics and first responders helped raise money for concussion and spinal-cord research. The event benefits Shoot for a Cure. Mitchell Glass reports.
