Cops for Cancer Tour de Golden Horseshoe
The 2nd Annual Cops for Cancer Tour de Golden Horseshoe saw participants from Niagara Regional Police Service, the O.P.P., the R.C.M.P., Niagara E.M.S., Hamilton Police Service and Halton Police Service ride 500km to raise money for Childhood Cancer Research. Lori Taraba reports.

The 39th annual St. Catharines Terry Fox Run took place at Brock University. Hundreds walked, ran, rode their bikes and rollerbladed 5km to raise money and awareness for Cancer Research. Katie Jones reports.

Wellspring Niagara Opens
Wellspring Niagara held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 50 Wellspring Way in Pelham recently. The 11,000 square foot facility provides support and programs free of charge for anyone living with cancer. Lori Taraba reports.

CF Snowbirds Visit NOTL
The Canadian Forces Snowbirds made a visit to the Niagara District Airport in NOTL. They spent the morning speaking to students about aviation, teamwork, the Canadian Military and flying for The Snowbirds. The squadron performed an Air Demonstration later in the day as part of a fundraiser for The Niagara Historical Society & Museum. Brenda Schultz reports.

The Big Move Cancer Ride 2019
The 11th annual Big Move Cancer Ride saw over 550 cyclists take part in the fundraising event to benefit the Niagara Health Foundation. Since its inception in 2009, over 4 million dollars has been raised for the Walker Family Cancer Centre. Mike Balsom reports.
