2023 Period Promise Campaign Kick-off
Every year thousands of people in Niagara are forced to choose between safe menstrual products and other basic necessities. The Period Promise campaign raises awareness that there are individuals living in poverty in our community who are struggling to afford to purchase menstrual hygiene products.

Help Kids Shine
The Niagara Children's Centre kicked off their annual Help Kids Shine Fundraising event recently. During the Month of May, the Centre is hoping to raise awareness as well as $300,000 for their programs and services. Brenda Schultz files this report.
Good News for GROW

The Education Foundation of Niagara's "In The Round"
The Education Foundation of Niagara held an incredible inaugural fundraiser Friday night, "In The Round" with musical guests Tim Hicks, Suzie McNeil, The Trews, Jessica Mitchell and Big Naked. The Source's Bob Romeo stopped by The Central Community Centre to learn more about the event that raises funds for the Elementary and Secondary Students throughout the District School Board of Niagara.
Pickleball Clinic

Niagara Children's Water Festival
Over 2000 students from grades 3 and 4 participated in the Niagara Children's Water Festival this Week. The festival includes over 30 interactive and hands-on activity stations run by event partners and local water, nature and conservation organizations.
