Taking any sort of time for yourself when you're a care giver is a very difficult task. Taking a vacation can seem absolutely impossible, but there are ways to do it. Jason Agnew spoke with Amy Coupal, the CEO of the Ontario Caregiver Organization to chat about this topic and what the organization itself does.

"Bad" swimmers have been representing the city of Burlington for over 40 years now, that can be said with confidence because the swimmers themselves are are not bad at all, in fact they are exceptional! In this case "bad" stands for Burlington Aquatic Devilrays, the local non-profit competitive swim club, Jessica Kaitting has more.
